-if you are not much money to spend on hosting services
-if you are very new to the hosting world
-if you always have a complete backup of your data on your computer or elsewhere so in case if HostCenter.trade server crash/down/replaced or unintentially your data (files, databases etc.) deleted then you can restore it by yourself without claiming them, read their complete policy.
