Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern services supplied by Web World Center. By ordering, renewing, accessing, or using a service, the account holder agrees to these Terms, the applicable order or invoice, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Account eligibility and authority
Web World Center does not normally require a date of birth when an account is ordered. A person below the legal age to enter the relevant contract may use or order a service only with authorization from a parent, legal guardian, or responsible organization. That adult or organization accepts responsibility for the account, payment authorization, supervision, and compliance with these Terms. A person ordering for a business or another person confirms that they have authority to bind that party. Registration, billing, and contact information must be accurate and kept current.
The account holder is responsible for all authorized users, login credentials, and activity performed through the account. Credentials must be protected and suspected unauthorized access must be reported promptly.
Instructions that change, cancel, release, or materially affect a service are accepted only after reasonable verification. A valid cancellation request must come from the registered email address or the WhatsApp number registered on the account.
2. Orders and service scope
The accepted order, invoice, and published plan description define the purchased service. Provisioning times are estimates and may depend on payment confirmation, identity or fraud checks, domain registries, data centers, software licensors, and other upstream providers.
Services are supplied for the stated hosting purpose and within their technical limits. Features, resource allocations, third-party software, and prices may change for future orders or renewals. Web World Center does not provide a price-freeze guarantee. The amount shown on the applicable invoice is the amount due for that billing period.
3. Billing, renewal, suspension, and termination
Charges are normally invoiced in PKR unless an invoice states otherwise. Taxes, bank charges, exchange costs, gateway fees, registrar charges, licenses, and other third-party costs may be added where applicable.
A renewal invoice for hosting and other non-domain services is normally generated approximately five days before the due date. Domain-renewal reminder timing and content may differ and will follow applicable registry, registrar, and upstream-provider requirements. Notices may be sent by Web World Center, the billing application, or the relevant upstream provider. Web World Center does not automatically charge a stored payment card. The customer must review service and domain expiry dates and pay on time.
Reminders other than notices required by applicable law or mandatory registry or registrar policy are a courtesy. A delayed, filtered, or undelivered courtesy notice does not extend the due date or remove the customer's responsibility to renew. This clause does not limit any mandatory domain-notice obligation. Customers may confirm an expiry date through registered email or WhatsApp before it becomes due.
A service may expire or be suspended on its due date if payment has not been received. Termination is normally scheduled approximately 15 days after expiry. A system or administrative delay in suspension or termination does not extend the service term or create a right to continued access. Data may be permanently deleted after termination.
Reactivation or restoration after suspension or termination is conditional on technical availability and may require payment of all outstanding invoices, a reactivation charge, and any separately quoted recovery work. Restoration is never guaranteed.
4. Payments and refunds
All payments are non-refundable except where Web World Center confirms a billing error or where a refund is required by applicable law. There is no general trial period, money-back guarantee, service-credit scheme, or pro-rata refund for unused time.
Domain registrations and renewals, domain transfers, privacy services, SSL certificates, licenses, setup charges, activation charges, restoration work, VPS services, cloud services, dedicated servers, and third-party items are non-refundable once ordered or processed, subject only to the exceptions stated above.
A suspected billing error must be reported through a registered contact channel with sufficient transaction details. If confirmed, Web World Center may correct the invoice or return the incorrect amount through the original payment method where practical.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation must be requested from the registered email address or registered WhatsApp number and is effective only after verification and confirmation by Web World Center. A domain transfer, non-use of a service, or removal of website content is not a cancellation request.
Cancellation does not create a refund, cancel charges already incurred, or remove unpaid obligations. The customer must download any required data and maintain an independent backup before requesting cancellation. Data may be deleted when cancellation is completed.
6. Domain registration, expiry, and transfer
During an active paid registration term, the customer's domain registration rights remain with the customer, subject to the rules and records of the applicable registry and registrar. Web World Center does not acquire ownership of the domain merely because it expires.
When a domain reaches its expiry date, the customer's active registration rights technically end or are suspended until the domain is successfully renewed within the time permitted by the registry and registrar. Website, email, DNS, and related services may stop at expiry. Any grace, redemption, restoration, pending-delete, or release period is controlled by the relevant registry and registrar and may vary by extension.
Renewal, recovery, or transfer after expiry is not guaranteed. Once a domain passes through the applicable recovery stages and is deleted or released for public registration, another person may register it. Web World Center is not responsible for the loss of a domain after expiry, deletion, or release, or for registration by another party.
If an expired international generic top-level domain remains eligible for transfer and the upstream registrar permits its release, the customer may request unlocking and an authorization code through a registered contact channel. Web World Center may charge USD 25 for additional manual expired-domain release assistance where that charge has been disclosed and is permitted by the applicable registry, registrar, and transfer rules. This fee does not apply to .pk domains. It is separate from the authorization code or required unlocking action and will not be used to withhold either action where an applicable policy requires its release. The customer is responsible for all gaining-registrar fees, transfer requirements, and issues after release.
Where an expired domain remains eligible for ordinary renewal before redemption, a late activation charge equal to 50% of the associated hosting plan price may apply in addition to the domain renewal fee and any upstream charges. Once a domain enters redemption or another restoration stage, the actual registry or registrar recovery price applies and may be substantially higher. All recovery charges must be accepted and paid before work begins.
The customer remains responsible for checking domain expiry dates and maintaining accurate registrant details, even if a courtesy reminder is not received, subject to any mandatory notice duties imposed by applicable law or registry policy.
7. Availability and the 99.9% service target
Web World Center operates hosting infrastructure with a 99.9% availability target. This is an operational service target, not a contractual service-level agreement, warranty, or guarantee. Availability may fall below the target and no refund, service credit, or other compensation is due solely because the target is missed.
Availability can be affected by maintenance, software failure, customer configuration, attacks, upstream networks, domain or DNS issues, data-center incidents, government action, and events outside reasonable control. Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily limit access.
8. Customer backups and optional restoration work
Web World Center does not promise, guarantee, or provide a customer backup service with any shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, cloud, dedicated server, or other hosting plan. The customer is solely responsible for maintaining current, tested, independent, off-server copies of all websites, databases, email, configuration, and other data.
Any internal copy created for Web World Center's operational purposes is not a customer backup entitlement and may be incomplete, outdated, corrupted, or unavailable. It must not be relied upon for disaster recovery, migration, cancellation, suspension, or termination.
If a customer asks for paid recovery, the technical team will first check whether a candidate internal copy happens to exist. Only after existence is confirmed will Web World Center provide a case-specific quotation. The charge normally starts at the PKR equivalent of USD 50 and may exceed USD 1,000 depending on data size, retrieval complexity, and technical effort. Payment is required before an attempt begins. Availability, completeness, compatibility, and successful restoration are not guaranteed, and the recovery charge is non-refundable once work starts.
9. Support channels and account access
Hosting sales and technical support are provided through email, WhatsApp, and the available ticketing system. Telephone support is not offered. A public telephone number may be displayed for business identity or general contact, but it is not an authorization channel and does not create a telephone sales or technical-support obligation.
Support scope depends on the purchased service. Customers remain responsible for their website code, applications, content, third-party plugins, custom server administration, and tasks not included in the plan.
A support agent may access a customer control panel or service when the customer requests help and gives permission through a verified channel. Access may use an approved access method or credentials supplied by the customer. In an urgent suspected compromise, security incident, fraud investigation, or risk to the platform, an authorized administrator may access or restrict the service without prior permission to protect the customer, other users, or the infrastructure.
10. Fair use and operational limits
Shared infrastructure must be used fairly so that one account does not materially degrade service for others. "Unlimited" or "unmetered" describes the billing model for a stated resource; it does not permit unlimited server load, mass storage, backup repositories, abuse, or use outside the intended hosting purpose.
- Shared and reseller hosting may not sustain more than 20% server CPU for 50 seconds.
- Business hosting may not sustain more than 35% server CPU for 60 seconds.
- Cron jobs must use an interval of at least 10 minutes, with no more than three simultaneous cron processes on shared or reseller hosting.
- Microsoft SQL Server databases are limited to 400 MB each unless a written service order states otherwise.
- Linux hosting mailboxes are limited to 2 GB each.
- Windows hosting mailboxes are limited to 500 MB each.
- Fair-use outbound email limits are 50 messages per hour on shared and reseller hosting, 200 per hour on VPS hosting, and 500 per hour on cloud and dedicated servers.
The ability to exceed a limit temporarily does not grant permission to do so. Web World Center may throttle, isolate, optimize, require an upgrade, suspend, or terminate a service that repeatedly exceeds fair-use limits or threatens server stability. Different written limits may apply to a custom or separately contracted service.
11. Lawful use, security, and customer content
The customer is responsible for all content, software, email, and activity under the account and must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited use includes unlawful content, spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, attacks, infringement, and activity that creates a security, reputation, or network risk.
Customers must keep applications updated, use secure passwords, restrict administrative access, and promptly correct compromised or vulnerable installations. Web World Center may take urgent protective action where delay could harm the platform, upstream providers, other customers, or the public.
12. Suspension, chargebacks, and termination for cause
Web World Center may restrict, suspend, or terminate a service for non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, repeated resource abuse, security risk, fraud, misrepresentation, an unresolved chargeback, or a requirement imposed by an upstream provider or competent authority.
A chargeback may cause temporary suspension while the transaction and account are investigated. After review, the service may be restored, remain suspended, or be terminated. Immediate termination or deletion may occur in a rare critical fraud, legal, abuse, or security situation where continued storage or operation creates an urgent risk. Notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue will be provided where practical, but cannot be guaranteed in an emergency.
Legitimate criticism, complaints, and good-faith disputes are not abusive conduct. Threats, harassment, hate speech, credible intimidation, or repeated targeted abuse toward staff, customers, or third parties are prohibited. Web World Center may warn the customer or limit communication channels where practical, and may act immediately in response to a credible threat or safety risk.
13. Communications, records, and legal disputes
Service, billing, renewal, security, abuse, and legal notices are necessary account communications and cannot be unsubscribed from while the account or an active service remains open. Web World Center may also send existing customers relevant promotional email or SMS. Promotional communications will include or honor a reasonable opt-out method where applicable.
Web World Center does not publish customers in a public customer directory and does not sell or disclose customer information for unrelated third-party marketing. Information and communication records are handled according to the Privacy Policy.
A verified account holder may request available account information or communication records, subject to identity checks, privacy rights of others, applicable retention periods, technical availability, and legal restrictions. Records may be preserved or disclosed where required by law, a valid court or regulatory process, fraud prevention, or the protection of legal rights.
Raising a complaint, seeking legal advice, or stating an intention to use a lawful dispute process does not by itself cause termination or loss of records. Web World Center may still restrict or terminate a service where the underlying conduct, legal requirement, security risk, non-payment, or material breach independently justifies action.
14. Intellectual property and complaints
Customers retain responsibility for and any rights they hold in their content. They grant Web World Center only the limited permission reasonably necessary to host, transmit, copy, secure, and administer that content for service delivery.
A copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights complaint must identify the affected material, its location, the complainant, the asserted right, and a good-faith basis for the complaint. Web World Center may remove or disable material, request further evidence, notify the customer, or require a response where appropriate.
15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are supplied on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Web World Center does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free software, compatibility with every application, search ranking, commercial results, recoverability of data, or protection from every attack or failure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web World Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, reputation, opportunity, email, content, or data. The customer must mitigate foreseeable loss by maintaining independent backups and appropriate business-continuity arrangements.
Web World Center's total aggregate liability arising from an affected service is limited to the amount the customer paid Web World Center for that affected service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not exclude or limit a liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.
Web World Center is not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disaster, war, civil disorder, government action, labor disruption, widespread network failure, data-center failure, upstream-provider action, or large-scale cyberattack.
The customer will be responsible for third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by the customer's unlawful content, infringement, misuse, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Changes, severability, and governing law
Web World Center may update these Terms to reflect service, security, legal, regulatory, or operational changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical. Continued use or renewal after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Pakistan will determine disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal rights that apply.
17. Business identity and contact
Web World Center is a registered firm with registration number 7757795-2. The official contact number is +92 312 622 4232. Hosting support, account instructions, cancellation, and service requests must use the verified channels described in these Terms.
